“Take a chance on more business” the jury of the Hansgrohe award will convene on December 4

In order to promote courageous, innovative and responsible entrepreneurial action, Hansgrohe AG, together with the business magazine ‘impulse’, offered the “Hansgrohe Award: Take a chance on more business” in June 2007. This new joint award intends to honour an individual entrepreneurial action which combines entrepreneurial pioneering spirit, pertinent social engagement and exemplary innovative competence. 56 submissions were received by the closing date of September 30, which will be appraised by a top-class jury on December 4 in Cologne. The team of experts consists of Tim Zimmermann of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Klaus Euler, founder and CEO of the Ethik Bank, Prof. Dr. Axel G. Schmidt, founder and director of the Institute for medium-sized business economics at the University of Trier, Antje von Dewitz, VAUDE, Gerd Kühlhorn, editor in chief of impulse, as well as Richard Grohe, member of the board at Hansgrohe AG. The awards for the top entrepreneurs in Germany in 2007 will be presented at a ceremony in Berlin at the beginning of next year.
