Chairman of the Board Klaus Grohe (70) announced he is stepping down from corporate management in May 2008 at the Annual Company Meeting for German employees of Hansgrohe AG in Schiltach and Offenburg. “After 40 years with the company that my father founded in 1901, and after 33 years at the top, I believe the time has come for me to step down from operational management of the company," stated Klaus Grohe. “This is made somewhat easier for me by the fact that Hansgrohe AG is on the road to success, thanks to the dynamic nature of its growth.” For the detailed press information click here (PDF, 0.3 MB).
